A poll was conducted through the WWE App 75 percent of the WWE Universe felt Guerrero was not doing her job well, that led to her being fired. After a total meltdown and an unsuccessful attempt at rallying the WWE Universe to her side, Vickie was then pleasantly rehired to be Director of SmackDown by Mr. McMahon just weeks after her demotion on Raw. Vickie got herself into further trouble over the next weeks by doing The Authority's will. Vickie Guerrero was the one to put Roman Reigns, who was sprayed with a coffee tainted with Stephanie McMahon (plus a few more drops), into a WWE World Heavyweight Championship Ladder Match Qualification Battle Royal despite their order. Vickie was forced to put her job on the line following week, and had to face Stephanie McMahon. This bizarre event was held in a tub saturated with a brown liquid. Stephanie fired Vickie when Stephanie won by tossing her into the sour-smelling mess. Vickie went out on a high note however when she threw an unsuspecting Stephanie right into the viscous chaos!
